Are you accepting new landlords and properties to manage?
At Bellator Property Management, maintaining a high level of service and attention is our top priority. We accept new properties based on current capacity and the time of year.

What is your management fee?
We believe in creating a fee structure that works for everyone. Our team will collaborate with you to find a management plan that fits your property and ensures a win-win partnership.
Where will my property be advertised?
Your rental will be listed on major high-traffic platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Dwellsy, RentalSource, and more.
We also promote your property on our Bellator Property Management website and additional marketing channels as needed to achieve full occupancy and maximize returns.
How often will I receive distributions, and how are they made?
Owner distributions are typically processed by the 15th of the following month, and can be disbursed via ACH transfer or check, depending on your preference.
How do you screen tenants?
Tenant screening is a critical part of our process. We conduct comprehensive background checks through TransUnion, including criminal history, eviction history, and a full credit report — all funded through the tenant’s application fee.
Our goal is to place only qualified, responsible tenants in your property.
Can I access an owner portal to view payments and reports?
Yes! All our property owners receive access to an online owner portal where you can view payments, statements, and property updates.
Residents also have a portal for easy maintenance requests and rent payments, streamlining communication for everyone.
