When can I schedule a showing?

Please contact us to schedule a showing. Let us know your preferred dates and times, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Every adult over the age of 18 must complete a rental application and pay the non-refundable application fee.

Yes. As part of the application process, we request a full background check through TransUnion, including criminal history, eviction records, and credit history.
If you have concerns about what may appear on your report, please speak with us before submitting your application fee.

Yes, a security deposit is required. The amount varies by property and can range from one to three months’ rent.

Most lease terms are one year, often with an option to renew. Depending on the property, flexible lease terms may be available — feel free to ask!

We’ll work with you to coordinate a move-in date that fits your needs. Your move-in timeline will depend on the property’s current status and readiness.

Our Tenant Portal makes it easy to:
•Pay rent online
•View past and upcoming payments
•Submit and track maintenance requests
•Upload renter’s insurance information

Absolutely. Any maintenance issues that fall under landlord responsibility, as outlined in your lease, will be promptly addressed.
If a repair falls outside of lease coverage, we can still recommend trusted contractors to assist you.
Rent is typically due on the 1st of each month.
You can pay conveniently through your Tenant Portal via:
•Credit Card
•Debit Card
•ACH (eCheck transfer)
You may also mail or drop off a personal check, certified check, or money order at our office.
Note: ACH transfers take a few days to process, so be sure to keep sufficient funds in your account.
If your property is set up with a tenant portal, you’ll receive an automated email invitation.
